I bake all my biscuits using british flour, butter, sugar, free range eggs and organic vanilla.
then I delicately cover them with icing (containing icing sugar, water, free range eggwhite powder and food colours). I use small amounts of colour pastes from the industry leaders - they may contain E129, E124, E122, E104, E110, E133, E155, E153, E102
Allergy Advice: All biscuits contain Wheat Gluten, eggs and milk unless stipulated. they don't contain nuts or sesame seeds but I do bake treats using these ingredients in the kitchen.
